These terms cover the paid AI video generator. The rest of the site is free to read and needs no account. By buying credits or making a video you agree to them.
The Service
You upload a photo of yourself, and a friend’s if you like, choose an outfit, and an AI model creates a new short video clip in the style of the Rumpelstiltskin tiptoe meme with those people in it. No footage of the original meme video is used. We add an original instrumental track. Results are made by AI and vary: a face or an outfit may not look exactly as expected, and we cannot promise a particular result.
Credits, Payment and Refunds
- You buy credits in one-time packs through Stripe. There is no subscription. A 6-second highlight uses 10 credits and the 13-second full scene 20; the same video in a second format uses half. Adding a friend or a caption is free.
- Credits never expire and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash, except as described here.
- If a video fails to generate, its credits are returned to your balance automatically.
- A finished video uses its credits, whether or not you like the result. Unused credits can be refunded within 14 days of purchase: email us from the address on your account.
- Prices are shown in US dollars before checkout. Your bank may add conversion fees.
Whose Photo You May Upload
- A photo of yourself, or of an adult who has agreed to appear in the video. This applies to every person in every photo you upload, including a friend’s.
- Not a photo of a celebrity, politician, public figure or anyone you do not personally know.
- Not a photo of anyone under 18.
- Only a photo you have the right to use, one person per photo.
By pressing Generate you confirm all of this. Photos are checked by automated safety systems, and a photo they reject is not charged. You keep your rights in your photos and give us permission only to process them to make your video, for as long as they are stored.
What You May Not Make
- Videos meant to deceive people into thinking a real person did or said something, or that imitate a real person to mislead, defraud or impersonate them.
- Videos that put someone in a political, defamatory or adult context, or that target a private individual.
- Videos that harass, humiliate or sexualize anyone, or that are illegal where you live.
- Commercial advertising that uses another person’s likeness without their written permission.
When you post a video, use your platform’s AI-generated label. We may review a video or photo that is reported or flagged, and we may refuse or delete any video and close any account that breaks these rules, without a refund of credits used to make the offending video. We may report illegal content to the authorities.
Your Files
Uploaded photos and finished videos are deleted after 7 days. We do not use them to train AI models. How they are processed, and by whom, is set out in the privacy policy.
The Meme and Its Creators
The dance comes from an AI video first posted on Instagram in August 2026; Know Your Meme credits the pages Stroinaya, Neuroferma and Anna Glinskaya. We are not affiliated with them, with Riff Raff, or with the 1987 film. Videos are for personal, non-commercial meme use. Your file does not include the song “Tip Toe Wing in My Jawwdinz”; if you add it on a social platform, that platform’s music license applies.
Reporting a Video
If a video made here shows you without your consent, or you hold rights in material used by this service, email contact@rumpelstiltskinmemes.com with a link or description. We aim to reply within two business days and remove anything that breaks these terms.
Limits
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We may change these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and changes apply to purchases made after that date.
